We may have another baseball player on our hands...but I think we need to work on his focus a bit.

Cake!

Yummy! Cake! Caden got his own cake for his birthday and he liked it!

You can see the progression...1st pic "this feels weird!" 2nd pic "is it really okay that I'm doing this?" Last pic, "I'm going to be sick!"

Caden had a fun time at his party and especially liked all the toy trucks he got. He drives them around making car noises all day.

This year has gone by sooooo fast. I cannot believe Caders is already one. He has grown so much! Stay tuned for messy cake pictures; the party is Sunday.

And the new word is...cool! Of all things for a 1-year-old to say, Caden picked "cool!" He crawls around picking things up, exclaiming them cool, and then moving up to the next item. Pretty hilarious stuff. I'm going to try and catch it on video soon.

Now if I could just get him to say mama...
